As most of you know, due to COVID restrictions, we will  be using TIME SLOTS for games this season.  Listed below are the game time slots for the leagues, both Weekday and Saturday.  All games have a 20 minute gap to allow for departing and arriving teams to exit and arrive.  If you have any questions on procedures contact your manager.

Soften field for regrading: 8 days of 4 watering cycles per day

Rough up playing surface and laser grade while adding Brown Stabilized Infield Mix

Fine tune field grade and perform multiple drag mat and watering cycles to smooth and settle the surface

Dues Information

RETURNING PLAYERS:  If you are renewing your membership, please make your check out to SCG Softball Club;  you can send an email to info@scgsoftball.org for remittance information  Note:  An application form is not needed for returning members.

DUES ARE PAYABLE BY APRIL 15TH DELINQUENT AFTER APRIL 30th.  Checks should be made payable to:  SCG Softball Club

Annual dues are $50.00 and cover Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Saturday League play from May 1st through April 30th. Once a member has been assigned to a team or sub list, dues are non-refundable. After April 30th an additional fee of $10.00 will be assessed for any delinquent dues. 

Non players are now defined as members actively involved in field duties, but not playing.  They are managers, asst. managers, scorekeepers, umpires and field maintenance.  The fee for non players is $15.00 annually with no late fees.  Your check should be sent to Norris Carpenter (information above). 

Associate Members are: Members who are volunteers or just want to stay in communication with the club.  There are no dues required for an Associate member.
